The Frontiers and Impact Talks series, organized as part of the Sabancı University Awards in Arts and Sciences established in 2025, is launching. As an annual series, it will provide a platform for award recipients to share their scientific and artistic work, offering a comprehensive perspective on the background and impact of their research.
The first event of the series will feature the 2025 Sabancı University Awards in Arts and Sciences recipients as speakers. In this context, Erhan Budak (Outstanding Scholar Award), Nur Mustafaoğlu (Lightning Scholar Award), Ayşe Betül Çelik (Societal Impact Award) and Özge Akbulut (Societal Impact Award) will share their award-winning work and research processes. Participants will have the opportunity to hear directly from the researchers about the academic and societal impact of their work.
The event will take place on May 13, 2026, at the SUNUM Foyer Area, bringing together Sabancı University’s students, researchers, and administrative staff, as well as invited guests from academia and beyond.
